Thoughts on Taking Care of Yourself

Spend your time, energy, and focus on things you can control.Letting your mind spin in a doom loop of possibilities that will likely never come to fruition adds unnecessary stress to your body.You get out of a doom loop by elevating your state of mind. I have found the best ways to do that are:

  • An intense workout

  • A conversation with a good mentor/friend

  • Deep meditation

Before you can positively impact the world or anybody around you, you must first take care of yourself.
