The pressure we apply to ourselves can slowly build over time.


What starts as a healthy goal, intentionality towards the future, can gradually turn into a heavy obsession that takes over your emotions and self worth.


Setting big goals is an empty practice if we don't have the time or emotional bandwidth to enjoy our coffee,

ask people about their weekend and listen to the answer,

enjoy the smells as the weather finally cools down,

Live without hurry.


Nobody can make you feel unnecessary pressure, you are doing that to yourself.


Lift your head up from the grind and look around,

Recalibrate what really matters to you,
